Goods issue in the warehouse app: overview

ReferenceLast checked on 18/10/2026

All goods issue workflows of the warehouse app at a glance – picking, fill boxes, packing, identical orders, order overview, supplier returns, transfer orders and removal from stock.

In the warehouse app menu, the Goods issue group bundles everything that takes goods out of the warehouse. The usual route: work through the pick list, fill boxes for batch or zone picks, then pack and ship. Each workflow has its own guide – also via the ? at the top right of the warehouse app.

WorkflowPurpose
Pick list overviewAll pick lists of the warehouse: create, print, cancel, delete, picker and progress.
PickingCreate or take over pick lists from "My pick lists" and work through them by scan along the walking route – with shortages, alternative bins and taking back.
Fill boxesAfter a batch or zone pick, distribute the goods into the orders' boxes at the sorting station.
PackingCheck lines by scan, split across several parcels by weight, report ready to ship, book the shipment or create labels.
Identical ordersPick identical orders together, check one sample and ship them as a series.
Order overviewSearch orders, see status and errors, create labels again and reprint documents.
Supplier returnsCollect goods for a return shipment to the supplier from the bins and book them out.
Transfer orders (shipping)Ship out transfer orders to other warehouses; the goods are then in transit.
Plan transfer ordersCreate, edit and cancel transfer orders; minimum and maximum stock per warehouse.
Remove from stockRemove transfers from WMS warehouses and advance shipping notices to fulfillers via a pick list.

You maintain pick list templates with filters and sort order in the side menu under Settings → Pick lists. All pick lists of the warehouse – create, print, cancel, delete – are under Goods issue → Pick list overview; the ERP no longer has pick lists. You create transfer orders under Goods issue → Plan transfer orders.

You count large quantities when picking and packing with × Quantity and one scan – see Enter quantity, then scan. FFN orders from your merchants (as a fulfiller) run through the same workflows and carry the FFN tag.
