Warehouse
Every stock change is a posting – nothing is silently overwritten. For each warehouse you decide whether it runs as a simple standard warehouse or as a WMS warehouse with storage locations and scanning.
Standard warehouse and WMS warehouse
In a standard warehouse, the office posts stock directly in the ERP. In a WMS warehouse, every unit sits in a real storage location and is only posted by scanning in the warehouse app.

Picking
Orders are combined into pick lists along the picking route, shortages are reported and every item is verified by scan during packing.

Serial numbers, batches and best-before datesAdd-on module
Record batches with best-before dates and serial numbers at goods receipt, in production, on returns and during stocktaking, and trace them all the way to the customer. Batch check and batch mixing as rules in the warehouse app.

Inventory valuation
Stock value on a reference date based on average, last or supplier purchase price, optionally applying the lower-of-cost-or-market principle. Saved valuations cannot be changed and come with PDF and CSV.
Warehouse app
The mobile warehouse app runs in the browser on smartphones, tablets and handheld scanners and can be added to the home screen: stock lookup, goods receipt, put-away, transfers, picking, packing and stocktaking.
