Replenishment in the warehouse app

GuideLast checked on 15/10/2026

Work through due replenishment tasks along the walking route – bring goods from reserve and pallet bins to the picking bins by FEFO, directly or with a trolley.

Under Internal → Replenishment you find all due tasks for refilling picking bins from reserve. They are created from the replenishment rules (top up from / to, under Settings → Replenishment rules) and from Shortages of open pick lists and orders. The number on the menu entry shows how many tasks are open.

Booking requires the permission Process replenishment in the warehouse app (reserve → picking bin). Without it you can only view the tasks.

The list

Each row shows the item, the first source (and how many more), the target bin and the quantity to top up. Tasks marked yellow with Pick lists/orders are those where goods are missing for open pick lists – they come first. The order follows the walking route.

Step by step

  1. Tap a task – or scan the Source bin right in the list; the app finds the matching task.
  2. Under Sources (FEFO, walking route) you see the reserve and pallet bins with quantity and best-before date. Scan the source bin.
  3. Enter the Quantity (suggested: planned quantity or demand) and, for batch items, choose the Batch (default: automatic by FEFO).
  4. Tap Directly to target bin and scan the picking bin. It must be exactly the bin shown. If the item has no picking bin, you choose the target bin freely (with a put-away suggestion).

With a trolley

  1. Scan a carrier in the list – it becomes active and is shown at the top.
  2. For each task, Load onto … appears after the quantity. This way you collect goods for several tasks.
  3. Then tap an item on the trolley (Unload), confirm the quantity and scan the picking bin.
  4. Use the X to put the carrier down again.

Scanning

Here you only scan bins and carriers – the task determines the item.
