Plan transfer orders in the warehouse app

Under Goods issue → Plan transfer orders you plan which goods go to another warehouse – for example to a branch. This used to be in the ERP under "Warehouse → Transfer orders"; now it is only here. Shipping out takes place in the source warehouse under Transfer orders (shipping), and receipt in the target warehouse under Goods receipt.

Viewing requires View stock; planning (create, change, cancel, close) requires Transfer stock and maintain replenishment. Without the permission, Create transfer order is greyed out; tapping it shows which permission is missing.

#Orders

The list shows number, status, from → to, lines, quantity, in transit, received, origin and creation. Filter by Open, Completed, Cancelled or All and choose This warehouse (source or target is the selected warehouse) or All warehouses.

#Creating a transfer order

1. Tap Create transfer order.
2. Choose From warehouse and To warehouse.
3. Search for or scan the items and enter the Quantity for each line.
4. Optionally add a Note, then Save.

The order is now a Draft. As long as it has not been shipped out, you can open it, change it or Cancel it.

#In transit and closing

After shipping out, the goods are in transit (blocked). If you open the order, you see for each line the planned, shipped, received, discrepancy and in-transit quantities as well as the history. If a remainder never arrives (e.g. transport damage), close the order with Complete with discrepancy… and a correction reason.

#Min/max stock

Here you define per warehouse and item when to refill and up to which quantity. The table is designed for the desktop.

#Replenishment from main warehouse

If a warehouse is below its minimum stock, allverto suggests transfers from the main warehouse. Select the suggestions and create transfer orders from them – they then appear under Orders.
