Switching from JTL-Wawi
From JTL-Wawi to allverto – with all your data.
The migration assistant transfers your data with the original numbers of your documents, so invoice, customer and item numbers continue exactly as before. Until your cut-over day, you keep working in JTL as usual.
Two ways to get your data
allverto is built for JTL-Wawi 2.1 and 2.2. Whatever the API doesn’t provide, jtl-bridge can add from the database if you wish.
JTL-Wawi API
Your Wawi’s REST server provides the data. allverto is registered in the Wawi as an app for this.
Best for: Wawi 2.1/2.2 with a configured REST server
JTL database
The small helper program jtl-bridge reads directly from the Wawi’s SQL Server inside your company network and uploads the data encrypted.
Best for: Complete history, subscriptions, supplier invoices, number range counters
Step by step
- 1Connect the sourceChoose the JTL-Wawi API or the JTL database and optionally set a cut-over day.
- 2Upload the dataWith jtl-bridge inside your company network, or fetched directly if the Wawi API is reachable.
- 3Check what was foundCompare the quantities per data type with your Wawi.
- 4Set the mappingsNumber ranges, tax rates, payment and shipping methods, warehouses, customer groups and platforms.
- 5Dry run and importThe dry run calculates everything and writes nothing. Then import in a fixed order.
- 6LogFor every record: new, updated, skipped or rejected – filterable and exportable as CSV.
- 7Complete the switchOn cut-over day, upload once more, run the delta import and complete.
Every run can be repeated: unchanged records are skipped, changed ones are updated, nothing is created twice.
