Carriers in the warehouse app

GuideLast checked on 15/10/2026

Create carts, pallets and containers, print labels and see which carriers still hold goods – forgotten stock first.

Carriers are mobile storage bins: carts (picking or replenishment carts), Pallets and containers. Goods on them are booked just like on a shelf bin. Under Internal → Carriers you see all carriers of the warehouse and create new ones.

Everyone with access to the warehouse app can see the list. Creating requires the permission Create, label and retire carriers (trolleys, pallets, containers) – without it, the Create new section is missing.

Overview

  • Stock on carriers: all loaded carriers with quantity, item or number of items and when they were last moved. Carriers on which goods have been sitting for more than 4 h are shown in yellow at the very top – nothing is picked from there.
  • Empty: all empty carriers.
  • The arrow at the top right reloads the list.

Tap a carrier or scan its label – the collective transfer opens with this carrier. There you load, distribute, transfer everything or retire it.

Creating a new carrier

  1. Under Create new, tap Cart, Pallet or Container.
  2. The code is generated automatically: WAGEN-001, PAL-001, BEH-001 …
  3. Tap Print label and attach the label. It is printed with the Storage bin label print template.

You can also print labels in the ERP under Warehouses and bins.
