Internal: stocktaking, transfers and stock in the warehouse app
Overview of the warehouse app's Internal group – stock increase and decrease, stock enquiry, stock transfer, collective transfer, transfer history, carriers, replenishment, stocktaking, condition, best-before check and provide material.
The Internal group of the warehouse app menu contains all workflows that move, count or correct stock within the warehouse. Each workflow has its own guide – the ? at the top right of the warehouse app takes you straight to the matching page.

| Stock increase | Increase stock with a correction reason. |
| Stock decrease | Reduce stock with a correction reason. |
| Stock enquiry | Scan an item or bin and see what is where – with locks, open stocktakes and latest movements. |
| Stock transfer | Move individual items or an entire bin from bin to bin. |
| Collective transfer | Pick up from several bins with a trolley, pallet or container and distribute. |
| Transfers (history) | See who transferred what, when and where. |
| Carriers | Create and label trolleys, pallets and containers and find forgotten stock. |
| Replenishment | Refill picking bins from reserve – by FEFO and along the walking route. |
| Stocktaking | Count the bins of a count list or bins that are due, handle recounts. |
| Change condition | Mark goods as new, B-stock or defective. |
| Check best-before dates | Find, lock, rebook or write off expired and soon-to-expire batches. |
| Provide material | Bring material for released production orders to the production workstation by scan. |
Which entries you see depends on your permissions – without the permission an entry is not shown. Provide material is only available with the Production add-on module. Starting operations and reporting quantities is no longer done in the warehouse app but in the production app – with production permissions, Internal → Open production app in the menu takes you there.
Stock transfers and stocktake counting are only available in the warehouse app – no longer in the ERP. In the Standard warehouse (without storage bins) Stock transfer, Collective transfer, Transfers (history), Carriers, Replenishment and Change condition are hidden; stocktaking there counts the stock in the warehouse, stock increases and decreases work without a bin, the stock enquiry shows the stock in the warehouse and the best-before check shows batches without a bin.
Stocktakes are created and released in the ERP, see Stocktaking. You maintain replenishment rules here under Settings → Replenishment rules, and you see the history under Internal → Transfers (history).
