Transfers (history) in the warehouse app

Under Internal → Transfers (history) you see every transfer that concerns the selected warehouse: bin → bin, collective transfers, replenishment and transfers to other warehouses. The history used to be in the ERP under "Replenishment & transfers" – now it is only here.

You need the permission View stock.

#The list

For each transfer you see time, item, quantity, From → To and the user. For bins of another warehouse, the warehouse code is shown after them; a standard warehouse appears with its code only. Reversals are grey and marked Reversal.

• At the top right you choose the Period (default: last 30 days).
• In the search field you filter by item, bin or user.
• At most the last 500 transfers of the period are shown – narrow the period for older ones.

A tap opens the details. Stock in stock enquiry shows where the item is now.

#Transferring

Transfers are not made here but under Stock transfer, Collective transfer or Replenishment. You correct a wrong transfer with a new transfer back.
