Replenishment rules in the warehouse app
Set a minimum stock and a "top up to" level per picking bin and item – with a suggestion based on the picks of recent days. Below the minimum, a replenishment task is created.
Under Settings → Replenishment rules you define when a picking bin is topped up. A rule belongs to one picking bin and one item:
- Minimum stock – below this, the bin is topped up
- Top up to – target quantity after replenishment
If the stock falls below the minimum, a replenishment task appears under Internal → Replenishment. The rules used to be in the ERP under "Replenishment & transfers" – now they are only here.
Viewing requires View stock; creating, changing and deleting requires Transfer stock and maintain replenishment. Without that permission the buttons are greyed out; tapping them shows which permission is missing.
The list
Each rule shows the bin, item, current stock, minimum, "top up to" and the Suggestion. Bins below the minimum are highlighted in yellow. Below minimum shows only these; use the search field to find a bin or item.
allverto calculates the "top up to" suggestion from the picks of the last Days plus a Buffer – you choose both above the list.
Creating a rule
- Tap Create rule.
- Scan the picking bin. The app does not accept other bin types.
- If there is exactly one item on the bin, it is already selected. Otherwise tap it, scan it or search for it.
- Enter Minimum stock and Top up to and tap Save rule.
Changing or deleting a rule
Tap a rule. There you change the quantities and save, apply the calculated value with Use suggestion … or choose Delete rule.
