Fulfilment network

Merchants and fulfilment providers in one system.

With the fulfilment network, two allverto companies work together directly: a merchant who has goods stored and shipped, and a fulfilment provider who takes care of warehousing and shipping. No interfaces, no files going back and forth.

How the collaboration works

  1. 01

    Connect

The fulfilment provider creates an invitation code, the merchant redeems it and the provider accepts. Or the merchant finds the provider in the directory and sends a request.

  2. 02

    Share items

The merchant decides which items the fulfilment provider can see. On the provider’s side they stay separate from its own item master data.

  3. 03

    Deliver goods

The merchant sends an advance shipping notice, the provider books the goods receipt. The stock appears immediately in the merchant’s fulfilment warehouse.

  4. 04

    Hand over orders

Manually, with a right-click or automatically. The provider picks, packs and ships; the merchant’s order is marked as shipped, with a shipping notification sent to the shop.

  5. 05

    Invoice

allverto collects goods receipt, picking, packaging, shipping, returns and storage costs per bin and day according to the provider’s price list. At the end of the month, this becomes an invoice.

For merchants

Outsource warehousing and shipping without losing track. The provider’s warehouse appears in your account as a fulfilment warehouse with stock.

  • Your own orders – handed-over orders show the status “At fulfilment provider”
  • Automatic handover per provider: by payment, shipping method, channel, company, only fully deliverable orders
  • Condition “Fully deliverable at fulfilment provider” in automations
  • Withdraw a handover as long as the provider hasn’t started yet
  • Returns appear as usual under Sales → Returns
  • Contract manufacturing: production order from raw materials at the provider, finished items come back with batch and best-before date

For fulfilment providers

Serve several merchants in one system. Third-party goods stay cleanly separated, and every service is billed transparently.

  • Profile with services and price list, listing in the fulfilment provider directory
  • “Organic certified” service with inspection body, certificate and validity
  • Answer customer requests from the directory
  • Accept advance shipping notices, pick, pack and ship orders
  • Overdue orders flagged as “Shipping overdue”, confirm cancellation requests
  • Service billing per customer and month – the invoice lands under Sales → Invoices

Who sees what?

Each company only sees its own data. The only thing shared is the connection with the agreed contract terms: prices, cut-off time and SLA.
