Remove from stock in the warehouse app

GuideLast checked on 15/10/2026

Remove transfer orders from a WMS warehouse and advance shipping notices to fulfillers via a pick list – scan bin and item, record the batch, complete with the number of packages and print.

Under Goods issue → Remove from stock you take goods out of a WMS warehouse that are going to another warehouse or to a fulfiller. A removal is created when you ship out a transfer order from a WMS warehouse or when an advance shipping notice to a fulfiller is created from this warehouse.

You need the permission Transfer stock and maintain replenishment.

Step by step

  1. Tap Remove from stock and choose the removal (transfer order or advance shipping notice to a fulfiller).
  2. Under Steps on the walking route the app guides you from bin to bin. Scan the Bin.
  3. Scan the Item (item number or EAN).
  4. For items with batches, scan the Batch – or accept the suggested one. The shortest best-before date is suggested first (FEFO); allverto rejects blocked and expired batches.
  5. Confirm the Quantity. The booking happens immediately: for transfers to "in transit", for fulfillers as an outflow to the fulfiller. If you find less, choose Remaining … as shortage or Nothing there – shortage.
  6. Once all steps are done, tap Complete and ship (with open steps: Complete with shortage).
  7. Enter how many packages or pallets there are and tap Ship, print delivery note and labels.

After completion you can print the Delivery note and Labels again using the buttons.

Different bin

If the goods are somewhere else, scan that bin. If it has stock, the app reports "Different bin … – now scan the item" and books from there.
