Pick list templates in the warehouse app

GuideLast checked on 15/10/2026

Create, edit, duplicate, activate and sort pick list templates by dragging directly in the warehouse app – the order applies under Picking → My pick lists.

Under Settings → Pick lists you manage the pick list templates directly on the device. A template stores filters (e.g. platform, merchant, customer), quantities per list, the picking method and the reservation order. Under Picking the active templates appear as My pick lists – in exactly the order you set here.

To create, edit and sort you need the permission Create and edit pick list templates. Without it you can only see the list (View only) and everything is greyed out – a tap shows which permission is missing.

Step by step

  1. In the menu under Settings, tap Pick lists.
  2. New template: Create pick list. The editor is the same as in the ERP, full screen on a phone. If there are no templates yet, Create example templates creates a few typical ones.
  3. Tap a template to open it. There you toggle Active or choose Edit, Duplicate or Delete.
  4. Change the order: hold a row and drag it to its new position – on a touch device, press and hold until it vibrates; with a mouse, simply drag. With the keyboard you move the selected row with Alt + Arrow up/down. The order is saved when you let go.

Each row shows the colour, name, type (e.g. batch pick) and a summary of the filters. Inactive templates are shown in grey with (inactive) and do not appear under My pick lists.
