Transfers and replenishment

GuideLast checked on 15/10/2026

Transfers, replenishment rules, transfer history and transfer orders only exist in the warehouse app – here's where to find what.

Transfers, replenishment and transfer orders only exist in the warehouse app. In the ERP there are no longer any pages “Replenishment & transfers” and “Transfer orders” under Warehouse – old bookmarks redirect to the warehouse app. You open the warehouse app from the ERP via the Warehouse app icon at the top right of the header or under Warehouse → Warehouse app (mobile) (new tab, also on the desktop).

Before you start

You need the permission Use the mobile warehouse app. Maintaining rules and planning transfer orders requires Transfer stock and maintain replenishment – Owner, Administration and Warehouse have it. Transfers, replenishment rules and the history only exist in WMS warehouses – a standard warehouse has no storage bins.

Where do I find what?

In the ERP warehouse overview, right-clicking a WMS bin → Replenishment rules in the warehouse app opens the rules in a new tab.

Replenishment in brief

A replenishment rule belongs to a picking bin and an item: Minimum stock (below this, the bin is topped up) and Top up to (target quantity). If stock falls below the minimum, a replenishment task appears in the warehouse app – first from reserve, then pallet, floor and shelf. allverto suggests the value for “Top up to” from the picks of the last few days plus a buffer.

You undo a wrong transfer with a new transfer in the warehouse app.
