Warehouse overview
All stock per storage bin and item at a glance – with key figures, zones and right-click actions for correcting, counting and for storage bins.
The Warehouse overview shows you what is where: each row is an item on a storage bin. You find it under Warehouse → Warehouse overview.
Key figures at the top
| Tile | Meaning |

| Items in stock | How many different items currently have stock |
| Occupied storage bins | Bins holding at least one item |
| Stock value (sales price) | Quantity × sales price across all bins |
| Below reorder point | Items whose available stock is below the reorder point |
Below that you see the Zones with their occupancy. Manage warehouses and bins takes you directly to Warehouses & bins.
The stock list
Each row shows warehouse, storage bin, item and quantity. The bin code appears as a neutral tag with a blue location icon, e.g. A-02-04-B. Blocked bins are marked red and labelled Blocked. Bins with an open stocktaking get a notice.
As in every table, you can move, show and hide the columns – see Tables.
Right-click actions
Right-clicking a row (or several selected rows) offers:
- Open item and Show movements
- Correct stock (plus/minus)… – standard warehouses only, the warehouse is already pre-filled (see Correct stock)
- Stocktaking for this bin… or for the selection – counting is done in the warehouse app
- Storage bin – open, block or unblock, change bin type
- Replenishment rules in the warehouse app – opens the replenishment rules in a new tab (WMS warehouses only)
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see an item?
The list only shows bins with stock. You find items without stock in the item overview.
Where does the stock come from?
Every quantity results from the posted stock movements (goods receipt, shipping, transfer, stocktaking …). Stock is never overwritten directly – that's why every change can be traced via Show movements.
