Marketplace listings

GuideNewLast checked on 15/10/2026

Create listings for Amazon, eBay, OTTO Market and Kaufland directly from allverto, with templates for many items, category and attribute mapping, price and quantity rules – then transfer and end them.

Under Sales → Marketplace listings you list your items directly from allverto on Amazon, eBay, OTTO Market and Kaufland – one at a time or using templates for many items at once. You map categories and attributes, set price and quantity rules, transfer the listings and see the marketplaces' messages in your language.

The page has three tabs: Listings, Templates and Category and attribute mapping.

The process

Draft → Transferring → Active (or Error) → Ended.

StatusMeaning
DraftCreated, not yet sent to the marketplace
TransferringListing, changing or ending is in progress – the brackets show what is happening right now (List, Update, End). The list then reloads by itself every 15 seconds.
ActiveThe listing is online at the marketplace
ErrorRequired data is missing or the marketplace rejected it – the message is shown in the Message column and in the listing
EndedEnded at the marketplace or closed as a draft

Step by step: create listings

  1. Open Sales → Marketplace listings and click Create listings.
  2. Choose a Template – or – no template – and then the Marketplace channel.
  3. Under Items, search by item number, name or EAN and choose one or more items.
  4. Optional: turn on Transfer right away (otherwise create as draft).
  5. Click Create listing or Create … listings.

With a template, each listing takes over the category, attributes, policies and the price and quantity rule. If a listing already exists for an item in the channel, it is updated with the template. Parent items go out together with their variants as one listing – on Kaufland, one unit per variant.

Edit and transfer a listing

Double-clicking a listing opens it in a window. At the top you see the status, the ID at the marketplace (ASIN, eBay item number, OTTO SKU or Kaufland offer (unit); clicking copies it), the link View at marketplace and how many required fields are missing.

General tab

  • SKU at the marketplace – can no longer be changed for active listings.
  • Title (empty = item name or channel title), Template, Condition (e.g. New, Refurbished, Used – like new) and Handling time (working days).
  • Category (on Amazon Product type): with Choose you search the marketplace's category tree. Results are cached; the button with the arrows searches again at the marketplace.
  • Policies: on eBay Shipping policy, Return policy and Payment policy, on Kaufland Shipping group, otherwise Shipping template.
  • Per marketplace: eBay Item location (merchantLocationKey) and the switch Allow best offers; Amazon Existing ASIN (offer without product data) and Variation theme (optional); OTTO OTTO brand ID (brandId); Kaufland Note on the offer (Kaufland, optional).
  • Price and Quantity (see below) with the calculated listing price, the listing quantity and the last reported value.
  • For parent items, the Variants table with SKU, price, quantity and ID per variant.

Attributes tab – the required and optional attributes of the chosen category (see below). Attributes left empty come from the template or the channel's attribute mapping. allverto fills in brand, EAN, title, images and description from the item.

Messages tab – Check before upload (missing required data), Marketplace messages translated, with code and attribute as well as the original text, and the Transfers with the status pending, done or failed.

At the bottom of the window: Open item, End, Save and Transfer (for active listings Transfer changes).

Price and quantity rule

FieldOptions
PriceItem's channel price, Custom price (gross) or Rule (markup/markdown)
Base (rule)Channel price, Sales price (gross) or RRP
Markup/markdown (%), Markup (€)Percentage (negative = markdown) followed by a fixed amount
Price endingNo rounding (cents), to .90, to .95, to .99
Minimum price (€, optional)Lower limit for a custom price or rule
QuantityFrom available stock or Fixed quantity
Share of stock (%), Buffer (pieces held back)Only part of the stock goes to the marketplace
Maximum quantity (empty = unlimited)Upper limit of the reported quantity

The channel's stock sync reports price and quantity of active listings using these rules – you don't need to transfer again for that.

Several listings at once

Select listings and use the bar at the bottom or the right-click menu:

  • Transfer – missing required data is reported, the rest is listed.
  • Change price … – a new price rule for all selected listings; with the switch Update active listings at the marketplace right away.
  • Apply template … – takes over the category, condition, policies, price and quantity rule of a template. Only works with listings from one channel; nothing is sent until you Transfer.
  • Create listing from template … – opens Create listings with the items of the selected listings, e.g. for another marketplace.
  • End – active listings are ended at the marketplace, drafts are only closed.
  • Delete – only drafts and ended listings.
  • Also: Open, Open item, copy ID and View at marketplace.

List and filters

You can search by SKU, title, item and ASIN/ItemID. Using the filter you choose Channel, Status and Template (also Without template); next to it is the period, by default Last 30 days. When you search, the period doesn't apply. If there are listings with errors, clicking "… with error" shows exactly those.

Columns include Status, SKU, Title, Channel, Marketplace, ID (ASIN/ItemID/Unit), Price, Price rule, Quantity, Quantity rule, Reported, Category, Condition, Template, Variants, Message, Item number, Listed and Changed.

Templates

In the Templates tab, New template lets you create reusable settings per channel: Name, Marketplace channel, Condition, Handling time (working days), category, policies, Price rule, Quantity rule and Attributes. Right-click: Edit, Copy, Delete. The Listings column shows how many listings use the template.

Category and attribute mapping

Here you define once per channel where the values come from – then listings and templates don't have to set them individually. At the top you choose the Channel and the view:

  • Attribute mapping: with Map attribute you choose the Attribute at the marketplace (optionally only for one category) and the Source: a Characteristic, an Item field (e.g. EAN/GTIN, Brand, Weight (g)) or a fixed Value. For characteristics, under Map values you assign each allverto value the permitted marketplace value.
  • Category mapping: a default marketplace category per allverto category (right-click → Choose marketplace category … or Remove mapping).

Order of precedence: a value in the listing beats the template, the template beats the mapping. You maintain characteristics in the item (see Characteristics).

Listing sync

allverto only automatically re-transfers changed active listings (e.g. title or attributes) if the channel's listing sync is turned on. It is off after setup. In the Sync overview you'll find the row Sync offers for each marketplace channel; there you choose the interval (15 minutes to 1 day) or start it manually.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the ID still empty?

The ID comes from the marketplace and only appears once the marketplace has reported the result of the transfer. It may still be missing for drafts and while the listing is Transferring.

I changed the price or stock – do I need to transfer?

No. The channel's stock sync reports price and quantity of active listings according to its rules. You need Transfer for content such as title, category or attributes.

Can I attach an Amazon listing to an existing product?

Yes. Enter the ASIN in the listing under Existing ASIN (offer without product data). If it's empty, allverto creates a new product.
