Sync overview

ReferenceLast checked on 15/10/2026

All automatic syncs at a glance – shops and marketplaces, returns, item upload, listings, shipment tracking, payment accounts, subscriptions, automations, exchange rates and JTL import – with interval, last and next run, status and actions.

allverto syncs a lot automatically: fetching orders from the shop, reporting stock, reporting shipments back, fetching returns, tracking shipments, fetching account transactions, creating subscription orders, running scheduled automations and loading the ECB exchange rates. The Sync overview shows all of these processes in one table – and whether they are running as planned.

Before you start

  • Viewing is allowed for anyone with one of these permissions: "Connect sales channels", "Edit company details", "Manage document defaults (payment methods, process statuses, text templates, custom fields)", "Manage users", "Manage roles and permissions", "Manage number ranges" or "Manage carriers and senders" – usually Owner and Administration.
  • Changing intervals, starting and pausing is allowed for anyone with "Connect sales channels". Exceptions: payment accounts need "Set up payment providers and bank access (PayPal, Mollie, Amazon Pay, FinTS, EBICS, XS2A)", shipment tracking needs "Manage carriers and senders", returns alternatively "Create, inspect and refund returns", and automations "Create, change, activate and delete automations".
  • You only see rows for returns with "View returns", and rows for payment accounts only with "View financial data".

Opening the overview

Click the gear at the top right and open Sync overview (group Automation). The same traffic light is available for the dashboard as the Sync overview element: switch the dashboard to edit mode → Add element → group General (requires the "Connect sales channels" permission).

At the top there is a traffic light: green "All up to date", yellow "n syncs need attention", red "n syncs with errors". To the right you'll see the number of syncs, how many are paused, and the time of the last update. The page reloads itself every 30 seconds; Refresh reloads it immediately.

The rows

The Source column names the channel, account or automation, the Sync column the process:

The columns

  • Status: OK, Warning, Error, Paused, Off or Never run. Warning means: the last run was only partly successful, or the sync is overdue (no run for more than twice the interval).
  • Source and Sync: who and what (see above).
  • Interval: how often the sync runs, e.g. "every 5 min" or "hourly"; "Default" = system value.
  • Last run: time, duration and result figures, e.g. "4 checked, 3 new".
  • Next run: when it is expected to run again, e.g. "on every shipment" or "paused".
  • Message: for errors, the reason, e.g. "The shop cannot be reached".
  • Errors: Log takes you to the System log, already filtered to the channel or area. Without the "View system log (errors, syncs, shipping, sign-ins)" permission, it shows Open instead and takes you to the relevant page.

Changing the interval

  1. Select the row and click Interval: … above the table – or right-click → Change interval.
  2. Choose Default (…) or a frequency:
    • Fetch orders: every minute, every 2, 5, 10, 15 or 30 min, hourly, every 2 or 4 hours.
    • Send stock: every 5, 10, 15 or 30 min, hourly, every 2, 4, 6 or 12 hours, daily
    • Fetch returns, Sync offers, Upload items, Shipment tracking and Fetch transactions have their own options.

Syncs that run on events or schedules (Report shipping, Send prices, Subscription run, automations, exchange rates, JTL import) have no adjustable interval.

Activate, run now, pause, resume

Select a row and use the buttons above the table or right-click:

  • Activate: appears for syncs that are still off after setup (returns, item upload, listings, payment accounts). Sets the default interval.
  • Run now: starts the sync immediately (automations run within the next minute).
  • Pause: the schedule skips the sync until you resume it. A paused stock sync doesn't report anything to the channel even after bookings. For automations, pausing is the same as deactivating.

Report shipping, Send prices, the exchange rates and the JTL import can't be paused here.
