Item statistics

ReferenceLast checked on 15/10/2026

Analyse an item's revenue, sales, gross profit, return rate, stock coverage and top customers via the Statistics button in the item window.

The Statistics button at the bottom of the item window opens a popup that shows how a single item is selling – with the same calculation rules as the reports.

Period and comparison

Choose the Period at the top (e.g. 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, year to date or a custom period). With Compare with previous period, allverto places the period of the same length directly before it alongside; in the charts it appears as a grey dashed line.

How it's calculated

  • Lines from non-cancelled orders are counted by order date. Returns are not deducted from revenue, but are shown in the return rate.
  • Gross profit = revenue − purchase price × quantity. Without a purchase price at the supplier, "Purchase price missing" is shown.
  • Stock coverage = stock ÷ average daily outflow, Stock turnover = outflow ÷ average stock.

Who sees what?

  • Revenue, avg. price and gross profit only with the permission "View reports" – quantities, returns and stock are visible to everyone.
  • Customers only with "View orders", the stock history only with "View stock".
