Registering your company, trial period and subscription
Register your company with allverto, review and activation, 30-day trial period, taking out the subscription, paying by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit, overdue payments and cancellation.
allverto is aimed at businesses and associations. That's why the allverto team reviews every new company before it gets started. After that you test everything for 30 days and, if you like it, take out a subscription.
Step by step: registering your company
- Open Try for free on the home page or the Register page.
- Enter the company name (as in the register or trade licence) and choose the Type of business.
- Enter Your name, Email and a Password (at least 12 characters).
- Upload the proof: choose the Type of proof (e.g. trade licence, extract from the commercial or association register) and the File (PDF, JPG or PNG). The proof is mandatory.
- Accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy and submit the registration.
- Confirm your email address: you receive an email Please confirm your email address for allverto with a link. Click it within 48 hours – the link only works once. Only then does the allverto team review your documents.
Review and activation
After registration your company is Under review. You can log in but only see the review status. The allverto team activates the company, requests missing documents or rejects it – you receive an email in each case. If documents are requested, you upload them directly in the status view.
As long as your email address is not confirmed, the status view shows the notice Email address not yet confirmed. If no email has arrived (please also check your spam folder) or the link has expired, click Resend link – at most once every 2 minutes and 5 times a day. If you made a typo in the address, correct it with Correct address: the new link goes to the right address, the old one becomes invalid, and from then on you log in with the new address. You can upload proof before confirming.
The trial period
- The 30 days of the trial period start with activation, not with registration.
- From seven days before the end, a notice with the link Subscribe appears at the top.
- Without a subscription, allverto is read-only after the trial period: your data is kept in full, and logging in and subscribing remain possible.
Taking out a subscription
- Click the gear at the top right and open Subscription & invoices.
- On the right under Subscribe, choose the Contract term (Monthly or Annual contract) and the plan (Jolle, Kutter or Frachter) and check the Billing address.
- Choose the Payment method: Bank transfer or SEPA direct debit (see below). For direct debit, enter the account holder, IBAN and optionally the BIC and grant the mandate.
- Take out the subscription. You find allverto's invoices on the same page under Invoices.
Invoices as e-invoices
Every invoice arrives by email as a ZUGFeRD PDF: a normal PDF with the invoice data embedded as an e-invoice (profile EN 16931). Your accounting software can import it directly. Under Invoices you can also download every invoice as a pure XRechnung (XML). If you always need the XRechnung by email – e.g. as a public authority – switch on Also send XRechnung by email in the billing address. Invoices already issued remain unchanged.
Payment method: bank transfer or SEPA direct debit
You can change the payment method at any time under Subscription & invoices → Payment method.
- Bank transfer: You transfer the amount by the due date (14 days after the invoice date) to the account shown on the invoice. The payment reference is the invoice number.
- SEPA direct debit: allverto collects the amount on the due date. The invoice announces the amount, collection date, mandate reference and creditor ID in advance (pre-notification).
The default is the SEPA B2B direct debit for business accounts. After granting the mandate you receive an email with the mandate reference (e.g. AV-100007-001 – “100007” is your customer number, which is also shown on every invoice and under Subscription & invoices), the creditor ID and the mandate as a PDF attachment. Under Payment method you can download it at any time with Download mandate as PDF.
The allverto team enables the SEPA Core direct debit (CORE) on request; it does not need to be registered with the bank. If your bank returns a direct debit (chargeback), the invoice becomes open again and you pay by bank transfer until allverto re-enables direct debit. Any return fee is charged with the next subscription invoice as a separate invoice without VAT (damages); the amount appears in the notice and in the email. Switch to bank transfer revokes the mandate; you can grant a new one at any time. After saving, allverto only shows the IBAN shortened.
Mandates from before customer numbers were introduced still have a reference with the company's short name (e.g. AV-EXAMPLECOMPANY-001). They remain valid, because a mandate reference never changes once it has been issued. If you want a reference with your customer number, grant a new mandate with Grant new mandate – the previous one is revoked in the process. For a B2B direct debit, you then register the new mandate with your bank again.
Overdue payments and suspension
If an invoice is still open after its due date (or after a returned direct debit), a period of 7 days applies – for a returned direct debit, counted from the day of the return:
- First day after the due date: email with the suspension date. The owner and everyone with access to Subscription & invoices see a window with the invoice, open amount, bank details and PDF at every login, plus a red bar at the top with the suspension date. Everyone else sees nothing.
- Two days before the suspension: final warning by email.
- When the period has expired: access is suspended and all sessions end – ERP, point of sale and warehouse app. Anyone who logs in sees that access is suspended because of an open invoice. The owner and accounting can still reach the payment page with invoices, PDF, bank details and payment method.
- Once payment is received, allverto lifts the suspension automatically. Your data remains complete the whole time.
Plans and limits
| Jolle | Kutter | Frachter | Flotte | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price per month (net) | €49 | €149 | €399 | from €999 |
| Orders per month | 500 | 3,000 | 15,000 | 125,000 |
| per additional order | €0.10 | €0.05 | €0.03 | €0.015 |
| Users | 2 | 5 | 15 | 30 |
| per additional user per month | €15 | €15 | €10 | €8 |
| Online shops | 1 | 2 | 5 | unlimited |
| Marketplaces | 1 | 3 | 10 | unlimited |
| Warehouses | 1 | 2 | 5 | unlimited |
| Items | 5,000 | 25,000 | unlimited | unlimited |
| Companies | 1 | 1 | 3 | unlimited |
The table shows the current values; the figures in the price list are authoritative. If the prices or limits of a plan change, the new values apply to new contracts (sign-up, plan change, renewal of an annual contract) and during the trial – a running contract keeps its price and limits until a plan change or renewal. You can see your current limits and how much of them is used under Subscription & invoices.
Add-ons
POS, production, time tracking, payment matching, serial numbers, batches & best-before dates and team chat are add-ons that you book in addition to your plan. You book and cancel them under Subscription & invoices → Add-ons; you can try each add-on free for 30 days first. Prices are in the price list.
| Add-on | Billing |
|---|---|
| Time tracking | per active user and month |
| Point of sale | per active till and month |
| Production | flat rate per month |
| Payment matching | flat rate per month |
| Serial numbers, batches & best-before dates | flat rate per month |
| Team chat | per active user and month |
Without the add-on, existing data remains readable – for the POS, for example, the cash book, Z reports and DSFinV-K and TSE exports (retention obligation). Only what creates new data is blocked: at the POS selling, new receipts and new tills; in production creating, releasing and posting production orders; in payment matching fetching and importing new transactions and automatic matching; for serial numbers, batches & best-before dates recording new batches and serial numbers. Existing batches are still carried along with stock movements. Without Team chat, the chat icon and the Team chat page are hidden; the messages stay stored and are back once you book the add-on again.
Contract term and cancellation
Payment is always Monthly – every month you receive an invoice for the following billing month.
- Monthly: can be cancelled at the end of the current billing month.
- Annual contract: 12-month term at the lower monthly price (about two months saved). You can cancel up to the last day of the term; without cancellation the contract renews for 12 months. The subscription page shows until when the contract runs.
- Switching to the annual contract is possible at any time: the new 12 months start with the next billing month.
- Switching back to the monthly contract is possible at the end of the term; the change is scheduled.
- You can Withdraw cancellation as long as the subscription is still running.
On the subscription page you see all counters under Plan: how many orders you already have in the current billing month and how many users, online shops, marketplaces, warehouses, items, companies and POS tills currently count.
- Orders and users are never blocked. Anything above the plan appears on the next invoice: additional orders for the past month, additional users in advance with the base fee. POS tills are billed through the POS add-on.
- Online shops, marketplaces, warehouses, items and companies are fixed limits. Once one is reached, allverto refuses to create more and names the limit. Online shops are Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware and the allverto shop; marketplaces are Amazon, eBay, Kaufland and OTTO Market. Both count separately, and paused channels count too. Archived items and warehouses don't count; returns and third-party warehouses are free. Manual orders, B2B and the POS are not sales channels in terms of the limit.
- More than included in the plan (e.g. after switching to a smaller plan): existing shops, marketplaces and data stay and keep running. Only new ones can't be created until you have a larger plan again; the subscription page points this out.
- Changing the plan: with a running subscription, under Plan you open the button Change plan or term; the selection appears to the right of it. The new limits apply immediately, the new price from the next invoice.
Cancelling
The plan and add-ons can be cancelled monthly. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month – until then you keep using everything as usual, and nothing is charged afterwards. With a yearly contract, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the 12-month term.
- Cancel the subscription: Under Subscription & invoices, click Cancel subscription next to the plan. The window shows the last day of the subscription before you confirm.
- Cancel an add-on: Under Subscription & invoices → Add-ons, click Cancel on the add-on. It stays active up to and including the date shown, and the card shows "Cancelled – active until …" until then. You also receive a confirmation by email.
- During the trial period: If you already took out the subscription during the free trial period, cancelling withdraws it. The trial period continues until its end and there are no costs. If you cancel an add-on's trial, it also continues until its end and then ends without costs.
- Withdraw cancellation: As long as the subscription or add-on is still running, you can undo the cancellation with Withdraw cancellation.
Allowing support access
So that allverto support can look at a problem directly in your company, you grant access for a limited time under Subscription & invoices → Support access. Access is read-only, ends automatically and is recorded in the change log. During support access, allverto shows a yellow notice at the top.
