Frequently asked questions
Answers to frequently asked questions about login, password, permissions, windows, data and the trial period.
Short answers to questions that often come up in everyday work.
Login and account
I forgot my password.
On the login page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a link that is valid for one hour and works only once. After resetting, you are logged out on all devices.
Why was I logged out?
allverto logs you out automatically after a period of inactivity – by default after 30 minutes. Two minutes before, a notice with Stay signed in appears. allverto saves unsaved changes to orders and offers to restore them the next time you open them. You set the time under Security.
I work for several companies.
With one account you can be a member of several tenants. At the top right you switch tenants via the tenant code with the arrow. allverto remembers windows and views per tenant. Via Add tenant in the same menu you create another tenant of your own – see Several tenants. Several companies within one tenant, on the other hand, are managed under Gear → Companies – see Several companies in the tenant.
Permissions
A menu item is missing or a button is greyed out.
What you see and are allowed to do depends on your role. Greyed-out entries show the reason when you hover over or click them – often a missing permission or a status in which the action isn't possible. For example, the POS and Warehouse app icons at the top of the header show which permission is missing when clicked. Roles are managed by the owner or administration, see Users, roles and permissions.
Why can't I change an invoice?
Invoices, credit notes and cancellations can't be changed once issued (GoBD, the German rules for proper digital bookkeeping). You can only correct them with a credit note or a cancellation – see Credit note and cancellation.
Working in allverto
Where are my open windows?
At the bottom in the window bar. Minimised windows appear there as a chip, detached ones with the note “detached”. See Windows.
Do I have to reload the page to see changes made by colleagues?
No. Lists and windows update by themselves as soon as someone else changes something – without the page jumping. Only if you have unsaved changes yourself does allverto ask whether to reload.
Which browsers are supported?
allverto runs in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. For the warehouse app and the POS we recommend Chrome or Edge on Android or Windows.
Trial period and subscription
What happens after the trial period without a subscription?
allverto is then read-only. Your data is kept in full; as soon as you take out a subscription, you can continue seamlessly. See Registering a company, trial period and subscription.
Can I transfer my data from JTL-Wawi?
Yes – master data, customers, stock and documents including number ranges. See Moving from JTL-Wawi.
