Several tenants – switching and adding a new tenant
Work in several tenants with one account, switch via the tenant menu and create another tenant of your own with proof.
With one allverto account you can work in several tenants – for example in your own and as an employee in another company's, or you run two separate businesses. Each tenant has its own data, users, roles and its own subscription; tenants are strictly separated from each other.
Switching tenants
- At the top right of the header, click the tenant code with arrow. On a phone you find the tenants at the bottom of the navigation menu (icon with three lines).
- Choose the tenant. The current one is marked with a tick.
allverto then reloads so that no data from the previous tenant remains in memory. allverto remembers windows and views per tenant.
Adding a new tenant
You create another tenant of your own directly from the tenant menu – without a new account. You automatically become its Owner.
- Open the tenant menu and choose Add tenant.
- Under The company, enter the company name (as in the register or trade licence) and choose the Type of business.
- Under Proof, choose the Type of proof (trade licence, extract from the commercial or association register) and upload the File (PDF, JPG or PNG, max. 10 MB). The proof is mandatory.
- Accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy (tick boxes) and click Create tenant.
If something is missing, allverto marks the affected field directly in the popup.
Review of the new tenant
As with registration, the allverto team reviews every new tenant before it is activated – usually within one working day. After creating it, allverto switches to the new tenant and shows its review status. There you can submit further proof if needed.
- Via the tenant menu at the top right you can switch back to your other tenants at any time and continue working there as normal.
- The new tenant's 30 days trial period starts with its activation. You take out the subscription per tenant.
- After activation, you invite staff in the new tenant under Users and roles.
