Your own shipment tracking page

GuideNewLast checked on 18/10/2026

Your own shipment tracking page with your company's logo and colour – no login, a secure link per shipment, linked in shipping emails and to shops.

With your own shipment tracking page, your customers see the status of their parcel on a page with your logo and your colour – instead of the carrier's page. Every shipment has its own secure link that cannot be guessed. No login is required.

Einschalten

  1. Open Shipping → Settings → Shipment tracking.
  2. Turn on Enable tracking page.
  3. Choose the Colour and, if you like, write a Welcome text (max. 500 characters).
  4. Decide what the page shows and where the link appears:
    • Show shipment contents – items and quantities of the delivery,
    • Show link to the returns portal – only if the returns portal is enabled,
    • Use in emails instead of the carrier link,
    • Report to shops.
  5. Click Save. Use View the page of the latest shipment to check the result.

The logo comes from the company data (Gear → Company). With several companies, the page shows the company of the order.

Your role needs the Manage carriers and senders right for these settings.

Was die Seite zeigt

  • Status with progress: Announced, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered – with a notice in case of a delivery problem or a return to sender.
  • Latest update from the carrier with place and time.
  • History of all updates as soon as shipment tracking fetches them.
  • Order (shop order number, otherwise order number), Carrier with tracking number and the button to the carrier.
  • Delivery to: postcode, city and country only.
  • For orders with several parcels, the other parcels with their own link.
  • Optionally Contents and Link to the returns portal.

Status and history come from shipment tracking (fetched per account in the sync overview). Without fetching, the page shows the shipping date and the link to the carrier.

The email templates have two new placeholders:

PlaceholderContent
{{versand.sendungsseite}}Link to your own tracking page (empty if disabled)
{{versand.tracking_link_paketdienst}}Link to tracking at the carrier

With Use in emails instead of the carrier link, {{versand.tracking_link}} also points to your own page – the standard "Shipping confirmation" template then links to your page without any change. In automations the same applies to {{sendung.link}}; there are also {{sendung.seite}} and {{sendung.link_paketdienst}}.

The link opens the page in the language of the order. Your customers can change the language at the bottom of the page.

With Report to shops, the shop receives the link to your own page when the order ships:

ShopWhere the link appears
Shopifyas tracking link per tracking number (also in Shopify's shipping notification)
allverto Shopas tracking link per parcel
WooCommerceat the end of the customer note about the shipment

Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland and OTTO do not accept own links. They receive the carrier and tracking number as before.
