Fulfillment network at a glance
How merchants and fulfillers work together directly in allverto – who sees what, how stock and orders flow, where the fulfiller works in the warehouse app and what is billed.
With the fulfillment network, two allverto companies work together directly: a merchant who has their goods stored and shipped, and a fulfiller who takes care of warehousing and shipping – similar to JTL-FFN, just without interfaces in between.
You find it under Shipping → Fulfillment network. At the top right you switch the View: As merchant or As fulfiller. Directly in the Shipping menu there are also Fulfiller directory (for merchants) and Customer requests (for fulfillers).

How the collaboration works
- Connect – via invitation code or via a request from the fulfiller directory. See Connecting merchants and fulfillers.
- Release items – the merchant decides which items the fulfiller sees.
- Deliver goods – the merchant sends an advance shipping notice, the fulfiller books the goods receipt in the Warehouse app.
- Hand over orders – manually or automatically. The fulfiller picks and packs them in the Warehouse app like their own orders and reports the shipment.
- Bill – the fulfiller invoices their services monthly.

Who sees what?

Each company only sees its own data. Only the connection itself is shared, with the agreed contract terms (prices, cut-off time, SLA).
