Production
From raw material to finished product in the same system as sales and warehouse. For each item you decide whether it is purchased, made in-house or produced by a contract manufacturer.
Bills of materials and routings
Multi-level bills of materials and recipes with scrap and routing. allverto calculates production costs and shows how much can be made from current stock.
Production orders
Create them from the bill of materials, release them, issue material and report the finished quantity with batch and best-before date.
Production app for the shop floor
A dedicated app on the terminal at the workstation or on a tablet: sign-in by badge or PIN, work queue by priority and due date, setup, production and pause with reason – times per person.
- Good and scrap quantities with reason, partial and completion reports straight into the warehouse, material by scan with FEFO suggestion
- Drawings and work instructions at the workstation, inspection steps to tick off or with measured values, label for the finished product
- Malfunction reports to the shift supervisor and a shop floor overview with status, progress and delays of all workstations
Planning
The MRP run suggests production orders and purchase orders; capacity planning shows the daily load of each workstation.
Staff and times
Employees at workstations with qualifications, assignment per operation, capacity and absences. Setup and production times from the production app flow into the “Working times” report with actual costs.
Contract manufacturing
Hand production over to a fulfiller in the fulfillment network, with raw material stock at the fulfiller and advance shipping notices for shortages. The finished stock appears at the merchant.
